Data centre project by Supernode

Supernode DC

Queensland, Australia

Year Acquired
2021

The Supernode DC campus is located in Brendale, Queensland, adjacent to the South Pine switchyard at the central node of Queensland’s electricity transmission network.

This strategic location provides access to all regions of Queensland for power delivery via three separate high-voltage transmission connections. Power can be delivered directly to the data centre precinct, providing significant power supply access and resilience.

Renewable energy projects across Queensland transmit power through South Pine, providing Supernode with a broad range of options to procure competitively priced renewable power.

The precinct also benefits from dark fibre connectivity and is being developed as part of the wider Supernode integrated energy and digital infrastructure campus.
